2010 AEC Annual Reliability Workshop:
Due to the continued economic downturn, especially in the
automotive market, the Annual Automotive Electronics Reliability
Workshop is being cancelled. It is the
hope of the Technical Committee that the United States business climate will continue to
improve over the course of the 2010 calendar year and the AEC Reliability
Workshop will return in 2011. Please
check back later in the year for announcements regarding the status of the 2011
AEC Reliability Workshop.
